Director Pharmacy, Ambulatory / Outpatient Specialt

The Director of Pharmacy will be responsible for the operation and management of the Pharmacy at their location while maintaining the System policies, procedures and initiatives. They will assure Pharmaceutical Care to patients with an emphasis on clinical monitoring and therapeutic interventions that improve patient outcome, assist with the maintenance of Performance Improvement processes to constantly improve our Medication Use Process and are responsible for day to day operations including dispensing accuracy and pharmacy workflow to assure accurate and timely dispensing and distribution. Responsibilities also include strategic planning, clinical and distributive services, financial management, legal responsibility and personnel management. Pharmacy Services includes both inpatient and ambulatory pharmacy services. This will be done in cooperation with other departments of the hospital, and in accordance with accepted standards of good pharmacy practice. Education, Credentials, Licenses: Graduate from  ACPE accredited pharmacy college Current US pharmacist license (Kentucky eligible) Specialized Knowledge:  Superior problem solving and critical thinking skills   Superior communication skills Hospital Pharmacy and personnel administration Management Principles Leadership skills Familiar with Current Practice Standards Microsoft Office experience and comfort with spreadsheets   Kind and Length of Experience:  Minimum 3 years hospital Leadership experience in an inpatient clinical setting and 3 years clinical experience 179828

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
