Mid to Senior Level Cost Analyst

Education Required:Bachelor'sdegreerequired, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.Skills Required:Candidate shall possess aBachelor'sdegree in Statistics,Mathematics, Business, or a related discipline, as well as seven (7)years of relevantexperience, or a Master'sdegree in Statistics,Mathematics, Business, or a related discipline, as well as five (5)years of relevantexperience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint) Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT) experiencerequired Active security clearance required Firm understanding of the acquisition life cycle, system life cycle costs, and budget execution of military and commercial systems Experience working with integrated cost, schedule, and risk assessment metrics Responsibilities: Perform a variety of cost and economic analyses (i.e., parametric cost estimating, cost and schedule estimating, life cycle cost analysis, cost estimating relationship development, model development, cost risk analysis, project forecasting, risk assessment, cost-benefit analysis and software cost estimating) Develop and maintain life cycle cost estimates and conduct life cycle costs analyses in support of selected programs Analyze impacts to budget revisions and recommend courses of action to minimize adverse effects to program execution Execute budget formulation, justification, presentation, and other execution activities in support of the PPBE process Benefits: We offer competitive salaries commensurate with education and experience. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
