Cost Estimator Level IV

Data Systems Analysts, Inc. is searching for a
Cost Estimator Level IVat our Edgewood MD location. Duties include but are not limited to:
? The candidate shall facilitate development of cost estimates with JPM offices and the JPEO-CBD cost analysis team.
? The candidate shall develop cost estimates.
? The candidate shall review cost estimates.
? The candidate shall revise the JPEO-CBD MDA Acquisition Handbook chapter on Should Cost to update and clarify guidance and write a chapter for the Handbook on Will Cost estimates.
? The candidate shall review Should Cost estimates.
? The candidate shall participate in JPEO-CBD internal review board meetings and keep meeting minutes.
? The candidate shall develop and maintain a Should Cost tracking sheet and provide data analysis.
? The candidate shall implement the Should Cost policy when warranted by the effort.
? The candidate shall ensure that cost estimates developed by Level III Cost Analyst meet the requirements set above.
? The candidate shall possess training or experience in drug development policies and procedures, as well as science, pharmaceutical, and vaccine/biologics management. In addition, the candidate shall possess an understanding of cost estimating and prediction as required for medical programs and drug development.
? The candidate shall possess previous experience applying the DOD PPBES to bioengineering and medical acquisition programs.
Education Requirements:
The candidate shall possess a Master's degree in Business, Statistics, or Mathematics, as well as ten (10) years of general experience and six (6) years of relevant experience.
? Alternate Education: The candidate shall possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, or Mathematics, as well as twelve (12) years of general experience and eight (8) years of relevant experience.


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
