General Accountabilities:
Performs the necessary testing and repairs on any operation within the production process to manufacture a product. Works from standardized methods and process instructions, product prints, written, and verbal instructions to define workmanship Standards. Uses all electronic test equipment, tools and machines, hand and power driven, plus all gauges and fixtures necessary to perform the work task.
Specific Accountabilities:
Requires the ability to test and troubleshoot equipment to assure that it meets the proper standards and guidelines.
Performs accurate adjustments or measurements, and must be able to convey the findings accurately when recording data, or creating other reports or documentation.
Responsible for checks to specifications/processes on parts or assemblies requiring further processing before being completed for use in Assembly.
Performs layout work for subsequent applications on mechanical purchased parts, castings, raw materials, machined parts, electrical components, and assemblies.
Controls, disburses, and applies proper application of preservations on gauges where necessary.
Checks produced parts per operation standards, including Statistical Process Control (SPC), and is responsible for quality and quantity of work performed.
Assembles and tests various parts and subassemblies per process.
May be required to pack finished product prior to shipping.
Must comply with and ensure department compliance with Company health, safety and environmental policies.
Must comply with all applicable U.S.export and security regulations.
Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:

AA Degree, Trade School Certificate in relevant subject, or equivalent experience.
Must read blueprints, analysis sheets, and specifications.
Must have knowledge of shop mathematics.
Must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. of material.
Must have experience with electrical testing equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, etc.)
Must be an expert at reading electrical diagrams/schematics
Must be able to stand for an 8 hour shift
An Understanding of Computer Networking a PLUS
Must be eligible for a US Security Clearance

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
