Summary:
The purpose of this job is to aid the Program Management organization in a staff capacity by analyzing and reporting on program cost and schedule metrics, assisting in budget preparation and control, records control, and special management studies. The Program Analyst will be part of the program management team and whose core responsibility is to collect and analyze data enabling successful program execution.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Building, maintaining, and analyzing schedules and budgets, including identifying risks and developing risk mitigation plans. This activity will include generating weekly status, indicators, schedule trends, cost variance and schedule variance and other earned value management system (EVMS) metrics, critical path analysis, and risk mitigation recommendations.

Work closely with program managers and lead engineers, in accordance with approved product development processes, to create and manage achievable work plans in a complex development and production environment.
Compile, store, and retrieve management data.
Support the Finance group in generation of cost proposals and pricing sheets in a timely and accurate fashion.
Generate project cost reports and effectively communicate monthly financial results to program managers.
Work with program managers to generate, explain, and support estimates to complete.
Support program managers to answer customer questions.
Follow and adhere to all company Program Lifecycle Management (PLM) policies, procedures, and reporting criteria.
Complies with Company policies for health, environment and safety.
Complies with Company policies and governmental laws and regulations for import and export control.
Complies with all governmental and regulatory agencies.

Minimum
Qualifications:
BS or BA degree in business management, finance, or 2
years relevant experience in a project financial role
Must have computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and/or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems highly desirable.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
