Termite season is upon us and we are looking to hire an experienced part-time Termite Technician.
Required
Qualifications:
At least 1 Year of Termite Treatment experience (experience actually performing termite treatments) and you must be currently licensed in category 7 B Wood Destroying Insects, so that you can perform termite treatments.
Hardworking: Not afraid to do what the
job
requires, including getting dirty. Willing to hand out fliers to help advertise termite work. Must be able to draw layouts of buildings on paper graphs and accurately find square footage of homes/buildings in order to accurately quote termite treatments.
Dependable: You must show up to work on time each day and leave once the work is done unless otherwise stated.
Have your own vehicle, preferably a pick up truck that can hold a spray rig, a clean driving record.
Honest: You must not steal during your employment. We have a zero tolerance for stealing. We prefer for the
employee
to be truthful with us as well.
Drug Free: We have a zero tolerance for drug use (other than prescription drugs that don't cause impaired driving or affect your ability to work.)
Neat appearance: No visible tattoos, no nose rings, no earrings (males only), if you wear a beard it must be well trimmed at all times, no sagging or over sized pants, no dew rags.
We are just launching the termite division of the company, so please keep in mind that there may not be a lot or any work at all for a while. However, we do have a pest control division and we would have some work for you to do from time to time while the termite division gets going.
Pay:
Commission only: This means that you will not be paid an hourly rate but a percentage of what the company makes on each job. We will discuss this with you further in person if we decide to call you for an interview. We make no claims or guarantees of income.
