The ideal candidate will have the ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time while maintaining a professional attitude.
This multifaceted position is responsible for creating, editing and filing reports, letters and documents as well as performing clerical support.
Construction background is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Schedule appointments and meetings.
Set up job files, maintain job cost filing Work orders, and sub agreements Maintain proposal log Attend meetings and take notes Run weekly job costing Answer phone calls, forward calls to the appropriate party.
Send emails of correspondence to appropriate parties.
Gather and distribute information to clients, co-workers, and other interested parties.
Maintain calendars Manage files of company records.
Accounting experience is a huge plus Job Type:
