We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, reliable, and experienced full-time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! Our mission is to provide an opportunity for individuals to learn how to live a positive, sober lifestyle while empowering them to make changes that will lead to successful independent living.
Hours:
Mon-Thurs 8:
30am-5:
00pm; Fri 8:
30am-3:

Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries Answer incoming calls from clients/probation drug court Coordinating scheduling, initial insurance authorization (private/state insurance), and financial obligations for clients Collects and logs client payments Overseeing the processing of client intakes/pull requested client documents Uses EMR- BestNotes daily Assists with specimen collecting as needed Qualifications include:
At least 2 years' experience with administrative duties.
Computer literate and experience working in electronic medical records systems.
Possess sound judgement, professionalism, and compassion for client care.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
