Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in a commercial or industrial setting - Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness - Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed - Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly - Dust and wipe down surfaces, including windows, walls, and furniture - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request refills as necessary - Follow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) - Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor promptly - Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned
Experience:
- Previous experience in industrial cleaning, facilities maintenance, or custodial work preferred - Knowledge of floor care techniques, including buffing and waxing, is a plus - Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and products is desirable - Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision - Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly environment Note:
