ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
Organize meetings and locations for meetings for the Safety team Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms Develop and maintain filing systems both paper and electronic for all Safety team members Document and maintain office policies and procedures for the department Order office supplies and research new deals Provide general support to visitors Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients Communicate with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers PREFERRED
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, or office admin assistant Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers, copies, scanners Proficiency in Outlook, MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, Word) Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task High School degree; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or office assistant would be a plus Job Type:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
